Our super resolution image of a Sprague-Dawley rat kidney's vasculature won the Science Art competition in the internationally esteemed American Journal of Physiology.
The image on the top left shows a super resolution image acquired using ultrasound contrast agents and processed using the advanced pipeline at CFU.
The colors indicate the direction and magnitude of the flow in vessels with sizes down to 25 micrometer.
The data were acquired by Stinne Byrholdt Søgaard and Charlotte Mehlin Sørensen from the Department of Biomedical Sciences at the University of Copenhagen.
The image was processed by PhD Iman Taghave on the pipeline developed by him and Professor Jørgen Arendt Jensen at CFU.
